The Villa at a glance
Bedrooms: 6 thoughtfully designed suites in the main villa, with 1 additional suite located in the pool house

Guest Capacity: Up to 14 guests across the main villa and pool house.
Indoor Space: 500 sqm, spread across 2 floors, with a fully equipped catering kitchen, large dining room, and multiple seating areas.

Ground Level

Perfect for children, and children at heart our single bunk beds sleep up to 2. You'll also find a mat area for play time, and a bookshelf with childrens books. There is a shared bathroom and shower across the hallway.
Upper Level

The primary bedroom has a large king bed with an additional lounge area that opens up onto the balcony. Enjoy morning coffees on the balcony with an outdoor table and seating for two. The large En-suite bathroom has a luxurious soaking tub with sea views, and sauna.

Bedroom 2 is a mezzanine style room with a large King bed, en-suite and living room. The bedroom opens up onto a shared balcony overlooking the property's gardens.

Bedroom 3 has one large king bed, and the best sea views in the villa. There is a shared bathroom next door with a soaking tub, shower and toilet.

Bedroom 4 has one King bed, with sea views. There is a shared bathroom at the end of the hallway with a soaking tub, shower and toilet.

Bedroom 5 has one King bed and sea views. This is a quiet room at the end of the hallway. There is a shared bathroom at the end of the hallway with a soaking tub, shower, and toilet. Or you can pop downstairs where there is another shower and toilet near the bottom of the stairway.
Pool House

Bedroom 7 is located in a separate pool house, with a double bed, en-suite, lounge, and kitchenette. The en-suite has a shower and toilet.

Large kitchen fully equipped for any meal, featuring top-of-the-line appliances, a coffee machine, and everything you need for entertaining a large group.
There is an additional prep-kitchen and walk in pantry, which makes the villa ideal for catering to small events.
The pool house also has it’s own small kitchenette with coffee and tea making facitilites.
Living
Spacious open-plan lounge with a beautiful fireplace, wooden cabinetry, and modern, comfortable furnishings, including a large flat-screen television. Connected to the main living area you’ll also find a cozy reading nook with a living green wall, perfect for curling up with a book, and a sun terrace with addtional seating looking out to the garden.
outdoor entertaining
With 6.6 acres of land, there’s plenty of outdoor space for long lunches in the garden, and sunset dinners. The terrace has 2 outdoor dining tables with large umbrellas, and a BBQ. Nearby amongst the garden you’ll find a seating area to gather around the firepit and watch the stars.
Wrapping around the front of the villa, with seaviews, is a large lawn area. Here you can enjoy complementary lawn games like croquet, and pétanque.
Follow the path from the terrace to the pool house for our heated swimming pool, hot tub, and sun loungers.
